Hello!
My name is Emily and I'm an Airbnb host here in Miami. My small team and I manage about 7 listings including 5 condos and 2 houses. We love to make our guests happy and enjoy their trips by providing excellent guest service, sparkling clean turnovers, and quick/friendly communication.
We're looking for help and want you to be part of the team!
Currently we need 2 positions filled - manager and night worker:

1. Manager -
Pay:
$18/hour, 40 hours/week, $700 weekly pay (plus bonuses based on performance)
Schedule:
10 am-4:30 pm (40 hours/week)
Thursday-Tuesday (Wednesdays off) w/option to work from home/on-call on days without check-ins
Tasks:
Guest check-ins, administrative (scheduling, guest registration, guest messages/calls), listing cleanings (about 4-5 per week; each take average of 2.5 hrs), maintenance management, listing inspections, stocking supplies, laundry when needed, guest requests when needed, assigning tasks to team

2. Night worker -
Pay:
$15/hour (possible bonuses based on work)
Schedule:
4 pm-9 pm (25 hours/week)
Thursday-Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off) w/option to work from home/on-call on nights not needed
Tasks:
Guest check-ins, administrative (scheduling, guest registration, guest messages/calls), light cleanings, stocking supplies, laundry when needed, guest requests when needed
Required:
-Laptop
-Positive attitude
Preferred (can still apply if not):
-Live near Brickell (because we don't have a set office so you might like to go home between tasks)
-Drive & have a car
-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Customer service, business management, team leadership, hospitality experience
