RESIDENTIAL CLEANER

Location: Miami, FL

Little Havana area

No English is OK

Schedule: 6 days per week

Pay: $750 per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a RELIABLE and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning 1 single-family homes per day, ensuring each property is spotless and ready for guests. Each cleaning takes approximately 3-6 hours.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas

Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the home

Perform deep cleaning tasks when required

Report any maintenance issues or damages

Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Previous cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Must live within 15 minutes of the Little Havana area

A) Mop all floors → bathrooms → bedrooms → kitchen → laundry last

B) Start laundry (strip beds/collect towels) → take out trash → pre-treat tough areas (toilets, shower, oven) → dust & wipe top-to-bottom, clean-to-dirty → kitchen & bedrooms → bathrooms last → vacuum then mop back-to-front → final reset + photos

C) Wipe counters first → vacuum → make beds → pre-treat bathrooms → mop → laundry

D) Start anywhere; order doesn’t matter if it looks clean
