BILINGUAL PREFERRED (ENGLISH SPANISH)
This role involves proficiently handling a range of tasks encompassing basic/minor Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall Repair, and more.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct regular inspections of the buildings and properties, and immediately repair and / or report any identified issues.
Performing diverse tasks such as painting common areas and units, making minor repairs, and engaging in general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
Maintaining detailed records and producing maintenance reports as directed.
Demonstrating flexibility by embracing additional duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required:
Prior Maintenance Experience is required.
A valid Driver's License with reliable transportation is necessary, with mileage reimbursement while on the clock.
General experience in building trades, repair, and maintenance.
The Technician may need to travel to various properties in Northern Palm Beach County.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed, as well as respond to emergencies directed by the supervisor.
