Whost is a property management company with over 9 years of experience in the market. We are actively looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Property Manager. This position requires a car and a valid driver's license. As a Property Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring our properties are in great condition for all visitors, conducting inspections, and resolving any issues that guests might have.
-Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Compensation: $15 per hour
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Verifying any property issues
-Conducting cleaning inspections
-Receiving new properties
-Restock property supplies
-Assist with general guest requests
Ideal candidates for this position possess the following qualities:
-Attention to detail
-Strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently or in a team setting
-Excellent time management skills
-Effective communication skills with staff
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for all new hires.
