Apartment complex located in North Miami is in search of a handyman who will assist in but is not limited to:
General cleaning of apartments building
Property projects
Painting
General repairs in the apartments - unit turn-around
Make ready vacant units
Requirements:
Must have and work with your own tools
Must have reliable transportation
General knowledge in plumbing and electrical repairs
The ideal candidate must be:
Professional and punctual
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Experience in AC
Certifications are an asset but not required
