Digital Events, a leader in live activations and brand experiences, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring our event materials, equipment, and products are managed, organized, and delivered flawlessly to high-profile activations across the country.
We’re looking for someone who is a true self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can juggle multiple priorities at once, take full ownership of our warehouse operations, and ensure every detail of shipping and receiving is handled with precision. This role requires someone who takes initiative, solves problems on the fly, and treats the warehouse as their own—maintaining organization, efficiency, and accountability at all times.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, storage, and shipping.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and safety.
Prepare, pack, and track event materials and equipment for transport to event sites.
Coordinate with event managers and logistics teams to meet tight timelines and ensure accurate deliveries.
Manage warehouse staff and vendors as needed.
Handle minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, tools, and supplies.
Requirements:
Prior warehouse or logistics management experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move event equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and basic computer skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Willingness to travel for events when needed (domestic travel required).
Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours during events.
