Plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death law firm in Coral Gables seeks an energetic and proactive legal assistant or paralegal for in-person office placement. Job duties include but are not limited to: assisting with client intake, getting insurance disclosures, opening cases, obtaining client medical records and bills, organizing files, client communication, filing pleadings, scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, and assisting in trial preparation.
