We are excited to share an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Salary Realtor.
This role offers a base salary of $40,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to the base salary, you will receive performance-based commission on closing volume, with estimated total earnings of $100,000.00 or more.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 6 sales/rentals through MLS in 2025.
10 sales in 2024.
Active membership with a real estate board.
The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, with open house responsibilities required on either Saturday or Sunday.
