DESCRIPTION:
Are you a friendly and motivated individual with a passion for helping others? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the insurance industry! This is an EXTREMELY RARE OPPORTUNITY to GET IN and STARTED for the BEGINNING OF THE BUSIEST AND HIGHEST-EARNING season – “Open Enrollment” (OE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and recommend suitable policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Collaborate with a fast-paced, high-performing team
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in Phone Sales (NOT REQUIRED if you are self-motivated & teachable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. (Bilingual is not required but is extremely beneficial)
Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with Computer systems and sales software.
Ready to grow personally and professionally
Teachable, willingness to learn
COMPENSATION & DETAILS:
Beautiful office located in Boca Raton
Willing to “Sponsor” obtaining your Insurance License
INBOUND CALLS ONLY – NO COLD CALLING
Weekly Pay – the Average Rep is making $1500.00 a week outside of OE
Top Producers are clearing $2k a week (THESE NUMBERS WILL ALMOST DOUBLE DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT)
