Life Filtration is hiring a highly experienced Water Filtration Home Service Appointment / Marketing Expert to lead our homeowner outreach, create marketing campaigns, and generate high-quality in-home appointments for our sales team.
This is a high-level role for someone who is BOTH:
An elite appointment setter who can personally generate homeowner appointments
A marketing strategist who can build and launch campaigns
A leader who can help guide and support appointment setters as the department grows
You will play a key role in driving company growth through effective marketing and strong appointment-setting performance.

Responsibilities:
Set in-home appointments with qualified homeowners
Create and execute marketing campaigns (SMS, call scripts, email flows, canvassing scripts, offers, angles)
Test new messaging, hooks, and appointment-setting strategies
Train and guide additional appointment setters
Track KPIs, conversion rates, and appointment quality
Assist with team growth and onboarding
Work directly with leadership to refine marketing systems
Attend weekly virtual meetings and provide performance updates
Represent Life Filtration with professionalism and clarity

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in home-service appointment setting + marketing
Skilled in creating high-converting campaigns (scripts, texts, calls, offers, angles)
Strong copywriting and communication ability
Able to lead, train, and motivate others
Competitive, disciplined, and highly organized
Comfortable working with goals, KPIs, and performance systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
