The online sales assistant will manage the listing, storage, handling and shipping of materials (mostly philatelic materials including postage stamps, albums, books, philatelic accessories, and other printed materials) in ebay and other online platforms. Monitor and control sales in online dashboards, update and generate reports using Microsoft Excel, communicate with customers by email/ phone, respond to customer questions/ comments, handle an ship materials in boxes and envelopes, delivering them to the post office, UPS, FEDEX or having them picked up by curriers. The assistant will also organize materials (mostly stamps) in stock books and albums, as needed to have them posted, taking photos and publishing them in the online platforms, so that they can be visualized and sold. The Assistant will be skilled in the use of computer applications like Microsoft OutLook, Word, Excell and Adobe Reader. Training will be provided or paid as needed.
