Upscale all female Spa is seeking Massage Therapists with the confidence to upsell services and retail products seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality massage therapy services that align with the Spa’s exceptional standards.
Confidently recommend and sell retail products and service upgrades to clients.
Achieve sales goals
Address client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Compensation:
Average $40-$50/hr plus commission on retail sales and upsells.
