Position: Bilingual Air Conditioning Technician
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, must be available for some after-hours and weekends (saturdays)
Requirements: Must have a clean driving record, an active driver's license, drug tests are random, bilingual is a plus, must be able to carry 50lbs or more, climb tall ladders, and have no fear of heights.

What We Offer
Competitive Pay based on experience — skilled techs can earn $18–$30 per hour.

What You’ll Do
Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Perform regular system maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Spanish, explaining services and recommendations.
Keep detailed service records including parts used, work performed, and time spent.
Collaborate with fellow technicians and office staff to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English & Spanish) — must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and/or repair.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
