Job Functions & Responsibilities
Learn and follow all company policies, procedures, and protocols.
Serve as a dynamic lead electrician with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Train and mentor electrician apprentices daily.
Maintain company vehicle in clean, safe operating condition:
Keep a complete inventory of required equipment
Ensure vehicle and tools are organized
Ensure equipment is clean and functional
Inspect and advise customers on potential electrical issues.
Build rapport and maintain trust; always act in the customer’s best interest
Respond to customer complaints during business hours and resolve them within 24 hours or at the customer’s convenience.
Maintain communication with the office throughout the day and respond promptly to all messages.
Complete service tickets and invoices accurately.
Collect payment from customers when required.
Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Deliver high-quality service on schedule.
Be reliable and honor all commitments.
Stay informed about state, federal, and local regulations, industry codes, and company policies.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products, materials, and equipment.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning—technical, legal, and professional.
Provide service leads for new business and ask customers for referrals.
