A rapidly growing National same-day courier company is seeking a self-motivated individual to fill an Entry Level Warehouse/Dispatcher position for our Pompano office. Candidates must have exceptional computer skills, phone skills and be able to multi-task. Prior experience is definitely a plus.
Candidate must pass criminal background checks
Candidate must have exceptional analytical and organizational skills
Candidate must have knowledge of and be able to use Microsoft office package
Candidate must be able to lift 70 lbs. regularly
Candidate must have reliable transportation
Candidate will be required to read and write in English including numerical characters
Candidate must have geographical knowledge of the entire Florida area
Candidate must be willing to work Monday -Friday and some weekends as needed
Additional items
Forklift certification a plus – Candidates must be able to pass a forklift certification and be able to drive a forklift to unload trucks.
Candidates will be required to assist with housekeeping – stacking pallets, picking up trash, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, moping, keeping the breakroom clean and vacuuming offices during down time.
Qualified candidates may be certified and asked to drive a company vehicle to deliver from time to time. This will require you to pass a DOT physical including a drug test.
