A Better Blind is currently seeking a warehouse associate to assist with our operations at our warehouse in Miami. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and shipping activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.
Objectives of this role
Ensure that the warehouse shipping operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction and accuracy as the primary goals — by establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Efficient use of warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping methods.
Execute daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Responsibilities
Oversee and managing logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of freight .
Required skills and qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual communicator
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies including operation of WMS
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experienced in development and utilization of Warehouse Management Systems.
