Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities within a high-volume metal forming manufacturing facility. This position provides technical and administrative leadership for maintenance personnel supporting roll forming lines, presses, powder coating systems, electrical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, automation equipment, and facility infrastructure. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures safe, dependable, and efficient operation of production equipment through effective preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs while driving continuous improvement initiatives that maximize equipment uptime and manufacturing performance. The successful candidate will serve as a working leader who develops maintenance personnel, coordinates maintenance resources, and partners with production leadership to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
