As a Recruiter at Stow Group, you will play a key role in growing our U.S. operations by identifying and attracting top talent across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions. You’ll partner with HR and plant leadership to deliver an efficient, high-touch hiring experience that reflects our fast-paced, global culture.Key Responsibilities· Manage full-cycle recruiting across hourly, technical, and salaried positions.· Partner with plant managers and department heads to define job requirements and hiring priorities.· Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community partnerships.· Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit.· Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams.· Manage offer processes- prepare offer letters, confirm acceptances, and initiate onboarding.· Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline).· Support employer branding and recruitment events (career fairs, open houses, plant tours).· Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal HR processes.
