Application Support (5-8 yrs of Exp) Work Location & Reporting Address: Alpharetta, GA 30004 Job Details: Minimum years of experience required: 5+ years Must Have Skills (5-8 years of experience in technology, preferably in Financial Services 2+ years of scripting and programming experience (preferably .NET, Powershell, Python) Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must Strong experience with application and performance management monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Gomez, etc. Experience with Cloud preferred Demonstrated technical experience with site reliability engineering or software development and Operations Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Technical skills should include knowledge of distributed and mainframe platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration and negotiations skills. Nice to Have Detailed Job Description: Oversee tperson deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, documentation and support of high quality, reliable IT systems and application services for tperson fleet.
