Standard services include daily electronic compliance reporting feeds (Activity file, Position files, and Employee list). Data transmission to third-party Data Aggregators upon request and monthly PDF statements.

Position Summary The Designated Brokerage Assistant Vice President (AVP) will assist the Designated Brokerage VP with the development and ongoing training of the Designated Brokerage Analysts and Associates. The role’s duties include monitoring the team’s performance to ensure client requests/needs are met with excellent customer service and ongoing operational support. The role will also assist the DB VP with day-to-day operations, reporting, projects, tasks, and supporting internal/external customers as needed.Responsibilities · Train and develop team on processes, procedures to effectively support the business in line with the department policies and procedures

· Monitor team performance and adherence to firm policies; e.g., Code of Conduct, Rules of Professional Behaviors

· Perform quality reviews and oversight to ensure requirements and goals are met

· Review and resolve escalated issues, e.g.,technical issues, client challenges, branch escalations

· Provide support on all key business task, e.g., client onboarding and terminations, salesforce cases, workflows, outlook mailbox correspondence, branch notifications/FA alerts, inbound and outbound calls

· Assist with the maintenance of records management, procedures, risk controls, ad-hoc reports, and periodic validations

· Support Risk Management Culture, e.g., assist with Internal Audit exams, MSI and RSA items, remediation and action plans

· Partner with key stakeholders to drive quality and efficiency; e.g., Service, Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Legal· Communicate and promote ETRADE Values, Mission, and Goals· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience· 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on compliance and relationship managementKnowledge and Skills· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Demonstrated leadership abilities· Independent decision making skills, sound judgment and business sense· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail· Adaptable and well organized to multitask in a fast paced environment· Ability to drive, deliver service and operational excellence· Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, organize, and execute projects· Proficient with Salesforce, Morgan Stanley Systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Morgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence.
