We are seeking a Senior Manager of Intent Data & Marketing Signals to join our DISW Communications team.What part will you play?This role focuses on enhancing marketing and sales collaboration by refining existing methods and developing new data-driven strategies to further improve business impact by leveraging intent and marketing data and further integrating it within the related Sales Processes.The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading change that will use advanced tools, data and sources of information to provide recommendations (next best actions for sales reps) and improve lead quantity and volume around the world.Key Responsibilities:

Drive the transformation to leverage Marketing Data & AI for improved business impact within the Global DI Comms&Marketing team.

Act as leading subject matter expert and super-user for Intent Data, AI platforms and external Marketing Data sourcing

Champion processes to enhance DISW Lead and Opportunity performance using cutting-edge martech tools and data analytics.

Develop & redefine data-driven recommendations for sales follow-up actions.

Extend the value of new processes by enhancing relevant marketing programs and tactics.

Define process flows, integration points, and roles for new processes.

Prove, document, and report the value of new processes and approaches.

Understand and adapt processes to different business scenarios.

Align and scale new processes globally, adapting them for various regions.

Develop and automate data analytics to generate audience segmentation and insights.

Innovate the next level of Data Driven Marketing

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

8-10 years of B2B marketing, marcom, and sales experience in an industrial environment (preferably industrial products/software/services)

Strong Background with Intent Data

Expertise in lead generation, demand modeling, multitouch attribution, and analytics.

Proficient in quantitative analysis, insights, dashboards, and reporting.

Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization, data exploration, big data processing frameworks, and machine learning.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or related field.

Proven track record in creating, executing, and measuring demand generation and lead qualification activities.

Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), CMS, Data Cloud (Snowflake preferred), data visualization (PowerBI), and customer data platforms.

Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and work effectively with minimal oversight.

Excellent collaboration skills across organizational, hierarchical, and cultural boundaries, with experience in global teams.

Languages: English mandatory, German is a plus.

Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
