Asset Manager (Athens)

Position Summary:The Asset Manager will serve as a trusted adviser working directly for a respected and established ?best in class? real estate owner, developer, builder, private equity investment and asset management firm. This individual will serve as a proactive leader and trusted adviser, and play a key role in administrative, financial, capital and operational management for a portfolio of assets. The Asset Manager will manage both new and stabilized properties through a full life-cycle of deals including underwriting, analysis, development, construction, lease up and stabilization. Responsibilities:Managing new lease ups and existing stabilized assets within the portfolio as well as managing the entire spectrum of asset management for a growing portfolio of ?new development/construction? deals.Responsible for portfolio modeling, valuation, summary analysis and presentation to internal and external customers (executive leadership, investment committee, partners, etc.)Establish and manage relationships with all entities and agencies involved with assets.Requirements:Master?s in Business Administration required.5+ years of commercial real estate asset and financial analysis & management experience.Experience with multifamily or student housing properties preferred.Proficiency with spreadsheets and other real estate financial modeling and presentation software, such as Microsoft Excel and Power Point.Solid understanding of real estate concepts, financial analysis, and strong organization and prioritization.
