We are a small growing business seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and has a strong command of month-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP
Perform month-end close: reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and generate financial statements
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or Small Business Accountant
Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
Solid understanding of GAAP and small business accounting practices
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
