Duties:
- Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to determine the appropriate tax deductions and credits
- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain organized and accurate records of client information and tax documents
Requirements:
- No experience necessary but preferred. Will train the right person
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Excellent analytical skills to accurately assess financial information
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ideal candidate is a self-starter, goal oriented, and willingness to learn
