Cox Communications is looking for a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support CyberArk PAS. This position is a lead role in the Identity DevOps organization and will provide direction on platform design, automation, development, and integrations. Ensures data and metrics are used to drive decision making. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and support CyberArk Privileged Access Security
  • Integrate PAS with other platforms
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting assistance using structured and repeatable methodology
  • Recommend use cases that address specific organizational needs and / or regulatory requirements
  • Manage projects to confirm delivery intervals and validate critical dates and milestones to ensure delivery of services stay on target
  • Create robust, technically detailed "MOP" (Method of Procedure) for service integration and implementation for lower tiers of support to utilize
  • On-call support for platform related outages
  • Create and track Key Performance Indicators, weekly reporting metrics
  • Governs 3 rd party support teams ensuring time response to customer issues
  • Governs 3 rd party vendors providing support services ensuring timely responses to support cases
  • Develop automations to manage PAS platforms efficiently and proactively resolve customer issues
  • Ensures patching and vulnerabilities are completed complying with security policy
  • Create and maintain roadmaps for supported identity platforms

Qualifications: Required Training and Skills:
  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical degree).
  • 5+ years of CyberArk PAS design, development, and production support
  • 3+ years in a development role
  • Demonstrable experience of analyzing and interpreting system and application logs to diagnose faults and spot abnormal behaviors
  • Demonstrable understanding of CyberArk PAS, cloud technologies, virtualization, APIs, networking, Active Directory/Azure, AWS
  • Requirements gathering and business case analysis
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to collaborate to achieve common goals
  • 2+ years Python
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience building automation tools using various platform APIs
  • Experience with deploying solutions within a virtualized environment - ESX, AWS, Docker, cloud technologies
  • Software Development - Python
  • Automation using Python
  • Practical experience in Linux and Windows system administration
  • Understanding or have experience with agile and lean philosophies
  • Excellent knowledge of DevOps processes, principals, and toolsets
  • CISSP, CISM or other relevant IS security certifications are a plus
