- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, prefer Master's Degree in STEM
- 2+ years of experience/internships in technology advisory consulting
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) and providers (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and major enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
- Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with changing requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams both in person and remote
- A proven ability to follow a structured approach to analyzing and synthesizing complex problems into simple components
- Resiliency and flexibility in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment
- Intellectual curiosity and the ingenuity needed to quickly activate on projects across numerous industry sectors and client business models
- A willingness to travel to address the needs of North Highland clients nationwide
- The emotional intelligence to read a room, adapt to varied personal and communication styles, and build consensus and credibility
- Experience working for large/Big 4 consulting firms in digital transformation
- Major/Minor in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (or similar)
- Strong desire to become an expert in the rapidly changing digital transformation technology space
- Experience with specific technologies, programming languages and data platforms and analytics tools
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in areas such as intelligent automation, AI/ML, data streaming
