Your deep understanding of how Salesforce communicates with data stores (Mulesoft) will help ensure accurate payments are made to agents and brokers who identify and schedule appointments for new patients to our clinics. Join our team of passionate professionals who are committed to transforming Primary Care through technology and innovation.The Associate Director, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional Salesforce stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates and contractors of Primary Care Salesforce technology teams. Accountable leader for end to end projects delivery of technology roadmap, working in partnership with product managers and business partners. Experience/understanding of API platforms (e.g. Mulesoft), ETL for large data integration, MS SQL query capabiilty to help the team navagate and validate data integrity.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Must have experience working in Salesforce implementation

6 or more years of technical experience leading complex projects

2 or more years of resource management experience

MS SQL experience to query database tables to understand the app and data usage.

Experience / understanding of API Plarforms (e.g. Mulesoft), ETL for large data integration/migrations.

Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes

Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process improvements.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Must have experience in Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, UI/UX, and/or Salesforce technologies

Must have Agile Scrum leadership background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lead, mentor, and coach to develop team members encouraging to speak up

Ability to lead the team with excitement in ambiguity and fast pace changes aligning with organizational strategy and goals

Eager to learn and passionate about solving customer problems to enable world-class Digital experience using agile methodologies

Successful record of delivering complex programs and technology

Ability to influence, negotiate, speak up at all levels.
