job detailsAre you a Clinical Supervisor looking for a new position in the Women's Health or OBGYN specialty? We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded leader to join our team. This position' duties will involve the management of 5 clinical staff members and the oversight of daily practice operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of the practice. The ideal candidate must be a certified MA or LPN with robust leadership experience in the OBGYN specialty. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Practice Manager with the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice

Supervising 5 direct reports

Liaison between clinical staff, patients, and Physicians

Working in collaboration with the Practice Manager to develop processes and improve practice functions

Assists the Practice Manager in recruiting clinical support staff

Provides ongoing staff development to staff

Manages staff performance and evaluations

Responsible for supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action of clinical support staff

Develops processes and procedures to optimize patient flow

Daily responsibilities include management and operations of clinical services and supervising clinical staff
