job detailsAre you a compliance manager that has experience starting an organization in the United States? We are currently looking for someone who understands laws and regulations about bringing a successful international business to the US. This person would work side by side with our Executive Leadership team, but will not have anyone reporting to them. Although we do not offer benefits at this time (we plan to once up and running), we will consider adjusting the salary to offset that. This is a unique opportunity to work for a start-up and own the entire compliance process. This role is located in West Midtown (30318) and pays between $80,000-110,000 annually.salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities
Lead the establishment of the business in the United States (currently in other countries)
Maintain AML / CTF program
Run entire US compliance division
Monitor changing laws in the industry that could impact the business
Develop and emplement stategies to ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements
Develop and enforce internal policies
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
