Dynamics Configuration Administrator (Business Analyst)

Job Description

The Client Service (CS) Business Operations is responsible for strategy and Implementation of tools across the CS organization within Visa. The Senior Business Analyst Configurator will be primarily responsible forMSFT Dynamics365configuration to support new development and existing support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools across CS.

The Senior Business Analyst Configurator will function as a core member of theCRMProduct Management and Operation Supportteam (part of the CS Business Operations), supporting existing and new initiatives across CS. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with business stakeholders and other team members, to drive successfully, the implementation and support ofMSFTDynamics365for the CS business.

• Implement and support configurations inMSFT Dynamics365on prioritized requirements and ongoing operational needs [Hands-On Configuration Administration].
• Work with the various business partners across Europe (and the globe), to analyze the support needs and future development needs of these business units [BA].
• Interfacing with User Experience, Business and Development teams to generate solution wire frames and associated UX artifacts [Hands-On Configuration Administration].
• Identify opportunities to enhance the business use of tools, to enable higher operating efficiencies, improved usability, and increased user adoption [Configurator, BA]
• Participating in the estimation, scheduling and execution activities for projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with MSFT Dynamics365 is necessary.

• 7-10 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with MSFT Dynamics365 is necessary.
• Ability to lead requirements discussions and collaborate directly with the business, with minimal management oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics365 Solution, strong knowledge and experience in Security Roles Set Up, understand Case Management process in Dynamics365.
• Experience with designing Security Roles and Business Units to match the requirements and align with organizational structure.
• Direct experience with Dynamics365 in a global organization.
• Hands-On Experience with Dynamics365 vs.8.2 or later.
• Experience with [Agile, Iterative, Waterfall] project and development processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with IT resources.
• Background in business analysis, demonstrating the ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes.
• Experience working in a global, multi-channel, cross-functional organization is required.
• Able to set priorities, manage expectations, work as part of a team and independently.
• Must have effective professional verbal, written and presentation skills for audiences ranging from individual contributor through management level.
• Effective time management, organization, and planning skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and expand cloud configuration knowledge.
• Dynamics365 certification(s) a plus.
