We currently have an opportunity for a Sustainability Break Through Initiative BTI Leader to Develop Go-to-Market Strategies for Sustainability and Energy globally. Additional Responsibilities :Lead and develop a team of highly motivated technology and commercial individuals focused on creating sustainability solutions for HBT’s customers
Develop product roadmap and value proposition aligned to specific market needs and Go-To-Market approach
Drive product development to expand portfolio offerings in close coordination the vertical and GBE Technology teams. Identifying and forging partnerships as needed
Work with respective stakeholders to drive Demand Generation activities such as Customer demos, Conference Presentations etc.
Work closely with Government Relations teams to build inroads into US Federal and state governments as well the EU and other key government entities.
Partner with the sales teams across the globe to develop pipeline and deliver Orders and Revenue commitment for the Sustainability BTI
Leading and developing a team of highly motivated technology and commercial individuals focused on the BTI
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering
10+ years’ experience in marketing, strategy, offering/product management, and/or technology leadership roles
Demonstrated start up or new business venture/break through initiative experience where he/she has built or scaled a business
Expertise in and/or knowledge of the sustainability and energy markets a must
Experience in and/or knowledge of Healthy Buildings, Energy Optimization and Decarbonization
WE VALUE
MBA preferred
Strong sales and product marketing acumen particularly in new market spaces
Business acumen and knowledge of financial metrics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage analytical tools (Microsoft Suite/PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong portfolio management skills
Strong leadership skills - Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
Executive level written/verbal communication skill
Experience in and/or knowledge of Sustainable City Suite
