Position OverviewThe Coca-Cola's Summer Internship program is an 8-10 week experience at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA. The Customer Experience team is looking for a summer intern to support our project management team. Customer Experience is a responsible for delivering end to end value-added services for all North America customers and stakeholders while focusing on creating a great experience.The Project Manager team supporting the Customer Experience organization leads projects driving productivity savings. Primary job responsibilities relate to process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, measuring, and analyzing process performance, conduct root cause analysis, identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.What You'll Do for Us

Partner with a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.

Partner with a Project Manager to lead process improvement projects: Plan, monitor, prioritize, and report on status of all projects and milestones. Lead process improvement projects from discovery and business analyses through execution and implementation.

Partner with a Project Manager to map various Customer Experience processes. Create and modify process maps to reflect both current and future states. Conduct interviews with process participants to understand workflows. Uses information gathered in interviews and process mapping software to develop process maps. Conduct validation sessions with process participants and subject matter experts. Develop and maintain process maps and facilitate their use as a tool for identifying process improvements.

Analyzes existing processes and works both independently and with teams to identify potential process improvements. Identifies process inputs and outputs, defines 'disconnects,' discusses and leads meetings on potential improvement opportunities, defines and documents suggested improvements and prioritizes areas of improvement.

Partner with a Project Manager to perform cost/benefit analyses change/impact assessments, new process designs and translates process improvements into logical system enhancements. Coordinates the implementation/execution of process improvements that have been approved. Acts as liaison and coordinates with I/T on system enhancements and projects related to process improvements.

Partner with a Project Manager to lead large scale transformations, capability initiatives, system enhancements, discovery, vendor selections, business and IT requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, role sorts, etc.

Education Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master's degree, with an expected graduation date no earlier than December 2024.

Previous project management experience
