Supports immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements
Manages stakeholder relationships in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
Creates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for the team members and prioritizes diverse representation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
Coaching and mentoring experience.
Experience managing technologists
Advanced experience within Oracle HCM Compensation
Currently has relevant Oracle Certification and/or will obtain the certification within 12 months of hire
Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
Practical cloud native experience
Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with Oracle Redwood design system and Visual Builder
