Description A corporation in Atlanta is seeking a paralegal to support the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. This position will support general corporate legal operations for transactional matters and litigation management. What you get to do every day
Coordinate contracts and review for accuracy
Support attorney through all stages of project work for settlements
Knowledge of litigation matters and communicating with outside counsel
Data base management of all relevant documents
Requirements
Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
Experience tracking contracts
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Previous exposure to managing outside counsel
Strong familiarity with the litigation process
