We are dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self-responsibility and personal growth. We provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents that present with a broad range of psychiatric, behavioral disorders and autism. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team works to partner with the youth and family to accomplish their goals in a supportive and therapeutic environment. As Program Manager, S/he provides assistance to the patients, staff, family, and senior leadership. The Program Manager also acts as a liaison to support the treatment team, clinical services, and direct care staff. With a keen eye for detail, the Program Manager will ensure appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, utilization of special treatment procedures and develop operational systems. Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a residential-based treatment facility including management experience, planning, resource allocation, training, and performance management

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

Must maintain a valid Georgia state driver's license.

Current CPR - can be obtained on-site upon employment

Current HWC - can be obtained on-site upon employment
