He or she will be able to be verse in technology at the same time able to talk to executive and understand their pain. Six sigma would be good like Kaizen. Proficient with managing project budget and forecastingAbility to manage contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) with third partiesIdentifying risk and issues on a project, and understand the impact to the project’s schedule, and budget with proper escalationNeed this person who can do configuration but don’t have to be a developer. We prefer someone assertive and able to take lead. Strong PM and governance skill is needed.Excellent Communication skill.
