Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Responsibilitieso Be the subject matter expert for NCR's data management tool (DRM)o Help maintain NCR’s Financial reporting by monitoring established processes, actioning ad hoc updates to DRM and Essbase, and providing guidance to junior financial analysts in the execution of daily maintenance taskso As they arise, problem solve data quality or structure issues hand-in-hand with IT and propose, then action fixeso Quickly preform accurate, in-depth data analysis, as part of above problem solving or ad hoc requests from leadershipo Work to become an expert in the COAo Partner with the financial planning community to update/change the various hierarchical structures within DRM to align to current needs of the business and management reportingo Review and respond to user feedback or requests for updates to COA, determining if requests can be actioned on or if the user requires assistance on their request. Help user achieve desired outcomeo Help Operations manager produce training materials, on the COA, requesting updates, and changes made to DRM and Essbase, and host office hours for Finance userso Brainstorm, plan, and provide guidance where applicable for future data structure requirementso Work closely with IT to ensure these requirements are met, including regular cadences, UAT testing, and providing sign offOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.Full time employee benefits include :
