The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing process analysis and design for Enterprise Architecture and IT. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and IT to better understand the strategy, services, processes, and roadmap. Your duties will include identifying opportunities for process improvement, reviewing processes to identify and resolve financial, technological, and operational risks. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting and aligning efforts to meet both Enterprise Architecture and IT business needs.Key Areas of Responsibility:

Provide process analysis and design for Enterprise Architecture and IT

Document As Is/Current State vs. To Be/Future State as well as perform gap analyses

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and IT to better understand and document strategy, services, processes, and roadmaps

Review processes to identify value add vs. non-value add activities and improve efficiency (Value Stream Analysis)

Review processes to identify and resolve financial, technological, and operational risks.

Lead collaboration sessions to document process and understand requirements

Help define KPIs as well as track and report on KPIs for Enterprise Architecture

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years of experience in IT process analysis and improvement, business analysis, or a related field.

Strong experience analyzing business processes within a service-based organization.

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.

High energy level, good organization and multi-tasking skills necessary to achieve constantly changing mix of short, medium and long-term objectives.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present to a diverse audience (business, technical, and leadership) and clearly communicate across diverse cultures and time zones.

Adept in Microsoft Office and specifically tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, or other presentation and process flow tools.

Ability to reduce complex problems to individual components and provide solutions.

Project management skills and familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Ability to confidently run meetings with stakeholders.

Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.

Strong business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ITIL or ITIL certification

Experience with Jira

Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certified
