The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Engage as a primary architect on projects to set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions including both configuring ServiceNow and developing customizations and integrations

Provide leadership and expert knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture to business and technology teams and facilitate the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices

Manage clients, complex projects, drive business requirement gathering, manage scope and client expectations

Propose and provide solution options, business cases, prototypes, and walk-throughs to all required levels of stakeholders

Demonstrate and communicate expert understanding of enterprise architecture related to ServiceNow Digital Workflows

Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and integration development between ServiceNow and other systems

Define coding standards, methodology and patterns for ServiceNow Development Team in conformance with best practices and standards

Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and optimize the overall platform.

Identify opportunities for clients to achieve future success

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives at the same time

3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions

5+ years of experience in architecting, developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment

Strong experience in ServiceNow Scripting - Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.

Strong experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow

Must be technically savvy and possess knowledge on how to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Must be able to obtain a secret clearance

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

Professional oral and written communication skills

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
