To achieve this goal, Delta’s Retail Strategy is to focus on dynamically manufacturing products, offering the most relevant product to customers in their channel of choice, and servicing those products when plans change.To enable this effort, the Enterprise Solutions (ES) team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to define, design, and support the delivery of technology solutions that improve the selling and servicing of Delta’s products via third-party retail channels. This role will partner with internal stakeholders in Distribution, Global Sales, IT and other Digital teams as well as with external channels and vendors to facilitate the onboarding and integration of third-party retailers with Delta’s enhanced retail technology.We are looking for candidates who are motivated by solving complex problems, exhibit curiosity to understand current processes and pain-points and can think creatively to identify new and innovative solutions.Responsibilities:
Understand and document functional requirements and existing processes that support third-party retail selling and servicing of Delta’s products.
Help drive new technical design and development across multiple product teams to support an improved third-party customer experience that aligns with Delta’s overall retail strategy.
Effectively identify and navigate project roadblocks and make recommendations for strategic tradeoffs, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive project and solution documentation including technical specifications, integration guides and progress reports. Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in technical product, project or program management.
Proven success in leading complex projects and programs through to successful delivery.
Experience translating a business vision into written technical requirements.
Ability to communicate clearly with business leaders and technical developers.
Must be able to work well with diverse groups in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision.
Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Experience in technical product management, ownership or project/program management at an airline, travel agency, online travel distributor or GDS.
Knowledge of/experience with NDC standards and implementation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quantitative discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
