Line Cook Responsibilities:
Line Cooks are responsible for preparation of food through the process of menu and recipe familiarity, line set-up and breakdown, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Keep area clean
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
Order Taker / Casher Responsibilities
Greet all guests as they approach the food truck/ trailer
Educate guests about our menu items and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
Take food and beverage orders
Serve food and beverage orders
Stock utensils, condiments, and other supplies as needed
Keep work area clean
Work as a team with other staff and communicate with cooks on what is needed
Anything else needed or asked upon
Pay: $13 per hour
Schedule 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
