A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail on preparing and selling food while communicating with the rest of the kitchen staff and keep kitchen clean and tidy. No experience needed, but recommended as we are a fast-paced restaurant. We have two weeks of back of house training where we will go over expectations and a full run down of the menu and how to work service. After 90 days, we have a few benefits for our back of house staff which include paid time off and free healthcare, along with a sign on bonus.
