Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house
-Manage and lead staff, fostering a positive work environment
-Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and experience
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
-Handle scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Requirements:
-3+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Position: Food Runner
Job Overview:
Spice House Lithonia is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Food Runners! This role is perfect for anyone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Food Runners will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver food orders promptly and efficiently to the correct table
-Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff
-Assist with table setup and clearing as needed
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements:
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required
