Clinic Assistant in Neurological Chiropractic Clinic (Roswell)
compensation: $18.50 per hr.- starting pay

General Job Duties:
Establish and maintain good rapport with clients.
Pull charts and prepare service records for upcoming appointments
Escort clients to Doctor's exam and treatment rooms.
Assist Doctors in back office with client procedures and therapeutic equipment as needed.
Assist clients with medical equipment settings for treatment sessions.
On the job training in bio and Neuro-feedback
Answer phones, Take messages and schedule appointments.
Maintain peaceful tranquil environment for clients.
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone call backs.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required
Some college education preferred
Microsoft office and general computer proficiency are essential
Good organization skills
Strict professional appearance and professional etiquette
Excellent phone and communication skills
Friendly, Helpful and Outgoing personality desired
Some medical/clinical office experience preferred.
Anticipated Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday
8:45 am to 6:30 pm Mon and Wed
8:45 am to 1:30 pm on Tues and Thurs
Approx.28 - 30 hrs. per week
