Live- In Care Provider - Personal Care Home (6 Residents)

Snellville area Personal care home for adults hiring for both a Full-time AND Part-time LIVE-IN Care Provider.
We are currently looking for mature, caring and compassionate applicants to fill full-time, part-time and PRN (As needed) live in care giver positions.
Care Provider will be responsible for the daily operations of the home including but not limited to:
-Providing watchful care and oversight of all residents. Identifying and recording changes in resident conditions.
-Meal planning and preparation.
-Assistance with medication,
-Assistance with ADL’s (Activities of Daily living) as needed.
-Scheduling appointments and coordinating activities for residents. Maintaining resident files and charting progress notes. General House Keeping as well as daily sanitation of bathrooms and food preparation area.
Successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a live-in care provider, or Current CNA certification.
Must be able to obtain successful criminal background, health and drug screening.
Should have current TB test results, first aid and CPR certification.
