Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Foundation Repair Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or foundation repair, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality. This role involves performing various tasks related to foundation repair, including site preparation, installing piers, waterproofing, and crawlspace repairs. The installer will be responsible for executing repair plans efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Foundation Repair: Perform various foundation repair techniques, including lifting, leveling, piering, and crack repair.
Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by removing obstacles, clearing debris, and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready for installation.
Waterproofing: Install waterproofing systems to protect foundations from water damage, ensuring long-lasting solutions for clients.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate construction tools and machinery, including jack systems, drills, and other specialized foundation repair equipment.
Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, following company protocols and best practices.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other installers, foremen, and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers on-site, providing updates and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the team.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in
foundation repair, installation of helical and other types of piers/piles for residential and commercial projects
exterior waterproofing and drainage construction framing, deck building, or carpentry,
crawlspace structural repairs and/or moisture repairs, such as encapsulations, soda-blasting or other types of crawlspace cleaning,
sump pump and drain system installation.construction.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and operating machinery.
Knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing systems, and construction tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a team environment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different job sites as needed.
