Join Our Growing Landscaper Crew!
Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into breathtaking landscapes? Do you thrive in a dynamic team environment where your skills and creativity are valued? If so, we want you to be a part of our team! We're currently hiring for two positions: a dedicated team member and a skilled crew leader.
Responsibilities:
Perform sod installation with precision and efficiency.
Construct retaining walls to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of outdoor spaces.
Operate equipment including mini skid steers and full-size skid steers with expertise and safety in mind.
Execute grading tasks to ensure optimal drainage and terrain stability.
Plant trees and bushes with care, considering aesthetics and environmental factors.
Implement hardscaping features to elevate outdoor living areas.
Safely drive trucks, trailers, and dump trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites ( A must for crew leader and preferred for crew member.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in grading techniques and plant installation.
-Familiarity with hardscaping principles and techniques.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and dump trucks safely and confidently.
-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
-Leadership skills for the crew leader position, including the ability to delegate tasks, communicate effectively, and motivate team members.
-Drug and Alcohol Free

Compensation- $1000-$1500/week depending on skill set.
