Nationwide fabricator and installer of architectural and custom metals based in the Atlanta, GA area. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for material takeoff off of architectural drawings/estimator with a proven background to join our company. The idea candidate should be a self-starter, well organized, and have ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior experience in a construction related environment is preferred but not required. If you have construction back-ground and currently have ability to read blueprints we will be willing to train for our scope of work.
Job skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Keen knowledge of architectural drawings
Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word is required
Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Team player with ability to assist in other roles as needed
Daily contact with General Contractors, customers and vendors
Maintain various filing systems
