Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction project administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM, construction project management software
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Understanding of construction project documentation, including contracts, change orders and specifications

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the construction project team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Provide administrative support to the construction project team, including document management, project scheduling, and coordination of meetings and communications
Administrative support for monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses and processing invoices
Prepare and maintain project reports, logs and other project-related documentation
Assist with the preparation and submittal of project closeout documentation.
Provide support to the project team during the construction phase, including maintaining project files and distributing construction documents
