Office Manager Position Available at Southern Cinema! Full Time or Part Time.

Southern Cinema, a leading home technology company, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Showroom/ Office Administrator to join our team. Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, responsible and exceptionally friendly individual to join our established 25 year old organization. Our previous office manager relocated for personal reasons, and has created a workflow system that we are looking for you to maintain. You will help keep our office organized and assist our personnel with logistics and workflow systems, with a heavy use of CRM software and related online systems. Between office duties, there is often some downtime. In these times, you will assist with social media posting and ad creation for facebook, instagram, houzz among others. Although we don’t have a huge amount of walk in traffic, there are times where you will be required to show off not only our awesome showroom, but also your awesome customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service over the phone, including scheduling consultations and fielding incoming service calls requests.

Communicate with vendors, such as Control 4, to manage returns (RMA’s), track shipments, and other vendor related needs.

Engage with walk-in customers, deliver captivating product demos in our showroom, and provide personalized recommendations.

Responsive and friendly communication with our existing clients to insure customer satisfaction when they call in, request service, looking for upgrades, provide feedback, etc.

Receive and document product deliveries, help stage items for installations, and maintain records of damaged goods etc.

Perform general office tasks, including checking the mail, visits to the post office, banking errands, and drop off outgoing shipments to fedex.

Assist in organizing the office layout and order office supplies when needed

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the showroom and office through regular dusting, vacuuming, and general upkeep. Note: we have a janitorial service, this is just general upkeep.

Create and post engaging content on our social media channels to promote our products and services.

Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the store.

Requirements and Qualification Must Haves:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and vendors.

Strong technical aptitude. Proficiency in using Apple computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ability to multitask effectively.

Reliable and punctual, available to work from Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

Experience in social media posting is advantageous. Must be able to use Social Media Platforms (twitter, facebook, instagram, etc) for advertising purposes.

Plan in-house or off-site activities and insure Chamber of Commerce events are attended.
